Terms & Conditions
 

Payments:

* Payment is due for all bookings made with us once the booking is completed. For our cat and small animal boarding services, payment is required either prior to or at the time of collecting your pet/ us returning your pet. For our home visit services, payment is required either prior to or at the time of us returning the keys to you.

 * Payment for your booking can be made either via bank transfer or by cash. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please let us know prior to the conclusion of your booking and we will send you the account details. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, the amount must show as cleared in our account either before we release your pet from our boarding facilities, or before we return your keys. If you would prefer to pay via cash, payment is required at the time of collecting your pet/ us returning your pet or at the time of us returning your keys.

* We do not offer any CREDIT at this time and are not authorized to do so.
 

Deposits & Cancellations:


* We require a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the booking, in order for us to confirm a space for you, for both our boarding and home visit services.

* Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period, covering between 20th December and 6th January will require a 50% deposit of the total amount of the booking, for both our boarding and home visit services.

* The deposit amount is required at the time of booking, to be paid via bank transfer. We cannot confirm or reserve a space for you until the deposit is received in full. Once the deposit is received, we will then confirm the booking via email.

* We have a 14 day cancellation policy. The deposit is fully refundable should you cancel within 14 days of the start date of the original booking. The deposit is NON refundable should you cancel within less than 14 days of the start of the original booking. 14 days is calculated not including the start date of a booking.
 

Booking Amendments:

* Should you need to amend your booking, this must be done 14 days prior to the start date of your booking. Should you wish to amend a booking within less than 14 days prior to the start date of the original booking, we will require payment for the original number of days booked.

* Upon your return should you either wish to collect your pet earlier/ have your pet returned earlier from our boarding facilities than the dates originally booked you will be required to pay for the full amount of the original booking. Should you return earlier and no longer require all the dates for home visits which you originally booked, we will require payment for the original booking.
 

Cat & Small Animal Boarding:

* We require all cats which come to our boarding facilities to be up to date with their vaccinations, which are to include Cat Flu and Cat Leukaemia (RCP & FeLV). We will require an up to date copy of their vaccination certificate prior to boarding commencing.

* We reserve the right to refuse any cat entry into our facilities which does not have the correct vaccination certificate required, and the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refundable.

* We reserve the right to refuse any animal which we deem as unfit and unwell admission into our facilities and/ or any animal which would put the health of other animals present at risk, without further seeking veterinary advice.

* Should your animal become unwell during his/ her stay in our facilities, we reserve the right to seek veterinary advice as we deem necessary to ensure the health and welfare of your pet maintained throughout his/ her stay.
 
* We require all customers to sign the Medical Declaration form which will be issued to you prior to the start of your booking, declaring any pre – diagnosed conditions and any symptoms of ill health your pet may have experienced within the last month, prior to the start date of the booking.

* Drop off and collection times are arranged via appointment only throughout the hours of 9am – 8pm Monday to Saturday. We attempt to be as flexible as possible, however should we fail to have availability for your preferred time and you wish to collect/ drop off a day(S) earlier or later than the original booking (subject to availability), you will be charged for an additional day(s) boarding as required.
 

Home Visits:

* Should a cat flap not be present in your premises, allowing your cat to leave and enter at will, we are not able to give them access to the outside for safety reasons.

* Should your animal become unwell at your home whilst under our care, we reserve the right to seek veterinary advice as we deem necessary to ensure the health and welfare of your pet maintained whilst your away.  

* We require all customers to sign the Medical Declaration form which will be issued to you prior to the start of your booking, declaring any pre – diagnosed conditions and any symptoms of ill health your pet may have experienced within the last month, prior to the start date of the booking.
